This policy applies to paid subscriptions on Stencil AI. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may provide refunds for accidental duplicate charges, technical billing errors, first-time purchases with minimal usage, or where required by law.
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Renewal charges and partially used billing periods
- Promotional or discounted purchases, unless required by law
- Taxes and third-party processing fees
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support@stencilai.io and include your account email, order or subscription reference, purchase date, and reason for the request.
Please submit requests as soon as possible after the charge for faster review.
3. Processing Refunds
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and bank and may take several business days.
